STUDIO ROB WOO · IBIZA
Architecture, environment, light and the transitions between spaces give every residence its own rhythm.
We look at how the house settles into its surroundings, how light and shadow move across it, and how subtle traces of air, movement and sound make the place feel alive.
Our role is to recognise what is already there — then build the framing, movement, pace and sound around it.
A residence can hold stillness without feeling untouched.
A silhouette passing through softened light. Fingers following the grain of timber or cool stone. Sheer fabric lifting with a change in air. The quiet trace of an action just completed.
Used sparingly, these moments become a complementary layer rather than the subject of the film. They anchor the viewer to the residence — adding scale, tactility and a sense of inhabitation while allowing the place itself to remain central.
“No two residences ask for the same film.”
A film may introduce a development, accompany the sale of a private estate, or become part of the identity of a high-end rental residence.
Its purpose informs the final form — from the principal film to shorter edits for selected channels — while the visual language remains consistent throughout.
Every commission begins with the place, who needs to see it and where the film will live.
From there, we develop the creative direction and production in full — from pre-production and cinematography through editing, colour and sound. Every stage is treated as part of the same visual language, with additional crew, on-camera talent and specialist collaborators brought in where the production requires them.
Still photography can be produced alongside selected commissions within that same direction.
Tell us what is particular to the place, who it needs to reach and what should remain with them after the film ends.
Tell us why this residence deserves a film of its own.
We’ll build from there.
Studio Rob Woo produces residential and real estate films for private villas, estates, high-end rental residences and residential developments across Ibiza and Mallorca. We work with private owners, developers and selected real estate teams on films for sale, rental, project launch and long-term brand presentation. Each production is developed around the residence, its audience and intended use, from creative direction and pre-production through filming, editing, colour and sound. Additional crew and on-camera talent can be brought in where the concept requires them, and still photography can be produced alongside selected film commissions when a unified visual direction across both mediums is valuable.
