We create cinematic films for hotels and resorts where the quality of the image has to match the level of the property.

Each film is approached as a considered piece of work in its own right — precise in its observation, restrained in its execution and shaped by the particular character of the place.

STUDIO ROB WOO · IBIZA

A property changes with the hour.

Morning light moving across stone. A shaded terrace opening onto the heat of the day. Reflections shifting on water as afternoon gives way to evening. Interiors taking on a different character once the sun disappears.

We spend time understanding those changes before deciding how the property should be filmed.

Light, shadow, sound and the natural rhythm of the hotel become part of the film — allowing the story to emerge from the place rather than being imposed upon it.

Life enters quietly.

Hospitality rarely needs to be performed loudly to be felt.

A door left open to the breeze. Linen settling onto a table. Bare feet crossing cool stone. A drink arriving as the last light reaches the terrace. A brief exchange between guest and staff that feels observed rather than staged.

These moments are used as a complementary layer. They bring scale, touch and human warmth into the film while allowing the property to remain its centre.

Every property has its own cinematic language.

A restored finca in the Ibizan countryside asks for something different from a coastal resort or an international hotel with an established visual identity.

We begin with what is already distinctive: architecture, materials, light, landscape, service, sound and the way the property moves through the day.

From there, camera movement, lenses, pace, music and human presence are developed as one language — specific to the property rather than carried from one production to the next.

One production, carried through with intention.

The principal film can establish the visual world of the property across a website, launch or campaign.

From that same production, shorter films and alternate formats can be developed for selected channels without reducing the work to disconnected fragments.

Rooms, architecture, restaurants, bars, wellness and other parts of the property can live within the larger film or be given space of their own when the brief calls for it.

The best moments cannot always be scheduled twice.

A working hotel has its own rhythm. Light changes. Service begins. Guests move through spaces. A terrace that was empty ten minutes ago no longer is.

Pre-production allows us to anticipate those moments: when a façade catches the right light, when a restaurant is between preparation and service, when a pool becomes quiet, when a room feels exactly as it should.

We plan carefully enough to leave room for what cannot be planned.

Studio Rob Woo carries the production from creative direction and pre-production through filming, editing, colour and sound, with crew and specialist collaborators scaled to the needs of the project. Still photography can be produced alongside selected commissions within the same visual direction.

The film begins with the place.

Its character, its light, its rhythm — and the role the film needs to play.

We’ll take it from there..

Hotel & Resort Videography in Ibiza & Mallorca

Studio Rob Woo produces hotel videography, resort films and hospitality brand films across Ibiza and Mallorca for independent hotels, international hospitality brands, owners, operators, marketing teams and agencies. We create principal brand films and supporting edits for websites, launches, repositioning and selected campaign use, with production developed around the identity of the property and the intended guest experience. Studio Rob Woo handles creative direction, pre-production, filming and post-production, including editing, colour and sound, with additional crew and on-camera talent brought in where required.

Our hospitality work can encompass architecture and interiors, rooms and suites, pools and wellness, restaurants and F&B, service and selected human moments where they contribute to the wider story of the property. Still photography can also be produced alongside selected film commissions when a unified visual direction across both mediums is valuable.
